Returns & Exchanges

At Handbag Social Club, we want you to love your luxury find; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your handbag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the Handbag Social Club security tag remains attached and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of authorization.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
